AML & KYC Policy Statement
Last updated: June 2026
1. Our Role
As a technology engineering firm, Anu InfoTech Solutions is not a reporting entity under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA). However, we architect our fintech platforms to ensure our clients (SEBI-registered intermediaries) can strictly adhere to PMLA and KYC guidelines.
2. Platform KYC Implementations
We integrate SEBI-approved KRA (KYC Registration Agency) systems, Digio Aadhaar eKYC, and CKYC registry APIs into our platforms. Our architectures enforce mandatory KYC completion before any financial transaction routing is permitted (e.g., via BSE StarMF).
3. Suspicious Activity Monitoring
Our systems are built with capabilities to flag high-value transactions, frequency anomalies, and third-party bank account mismatches to assist our clients in identifying Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs).
4. Audit Trails
We build immutable audit logs tracking the entire lifecycle of client onboarding and transaction initiation. This ensures intermediaries can easily produce necessary records during AMFI or SEBI audits.
5. Compliance Responsibility
The final responsibility for verifying client identity, determining the source of funds, and submitting STRs to the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU-IND) lies exclusively with the financial intermediary using our software.
