We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, schedule architecture sessions, and communicate about potential projects. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored in a Neon PostgreSQL database hosted on AWS infrastructure in India (ap-south-1 region). We implement AES-256 encryption and TLS 1.3 in transit. Data is retained for 2 years from the date of submission.
4. Cookies & Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager for anonymized website usage analytics. You can opt out via your browser settings. We may also use Hotjar for session recording — all data is anonymized.
5. Your Rights
